Product description

This professional Fluxx discharge tap sets standards for the safe and clean handling of liquid media directly from the jerrycan. It is precisely designed for all containers with a thread outer diameter of 60 mm (DIN 61) and enables a high flow rate of more than 5 liters per minute thanks to its patented ventilation system. The system prevents the typical pulsing during emptying by continuously allowing air to flow into the container. The angled outlet with a diameter of 23 mm serves as a precise drip edge for a clean workspace and fits ideally into vessels with a DIN 28 opening or larger. All parts in contact with the media are made of food-grade PE and PP, making it equally safe for use with industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, and food products. The high-quality PE seal also provides excellent protection against highly creeping or aggressive substances.

 Product description
Screw cap with stopcock for easy filling and dosing directly from canisters into smaller containers. The ventilation of the tap allows air to flow into the container and ensures a continuous flow of liquid without pulsation. The patented Fluxx ventilation system ensures a high flow rate of more than 5 liters/minute when the spout is fully open. This spout can also be dosed very well and is also suitable for smaller quantities. The angled spout has several advantages. The slope serves as a precise dripping point, which ensures clean workplaces. The spout can be easily inserted into containers with at least a DIN 28 opening. These outlet taps are very suitable for filling industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, disinfectants, liquid foods (all plastics are food-safe), lubricants, water... Due to the design and the built-in PE seal, these outlet taps are extremely tight, even against aggressive liquids and highly creeping substances. All parts in contact with the medium are made of either PE or PP. You can check the resistance to the substances you use using our resistance table. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us. You can find a suitable canister under our “Accessories” section. If you order this tap for your existing canisters, please carefully check the outside diameter of the thread (60 mm).
