This high-quality tamper-evident cap with the standard GL 45 thread has been specifically developed for our series of UN chemical bottles with volumes ranging from 500 ml to 2,500 ml. Manufactured from robust black polypropylene (PP), the cap is designed for demanding industrial as well as laboratory use. The core feature is the integrated PTFE liner, which provides an excellent barrier against aggressive media and ensures permanent tightness. A crucial safety feature is the tamper-evident ring: this breaks audibly and visibly upon first opening. This allows you, your customer, or a testing laboratory to identify at any time without a doubt whether the bottle contents are still original sealed and unchanged.
