This robust 1 liter spray bottle made of high quality HDPE impresses with its excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals and common cleaning agents. The opaque white material reliably protects the contents from light and ensures discreet storage as the contained liquid is not visible from the outside. A key quality feature is the chemical resistant spray head which features a suction hose with an integrated strainer to protect the pump mechanism and the nozzle from clogging caused by particles. The infinitely adjustable setting allows for flexible adaptation of the spray pattern from a targeted jet to a fine mist and also enables the system to be completely closed. With a constant delivery rate of 1.2 ml per stroke and a tolerance of only 0.1 ml this model is ideally suited for intensive commercial and industrial use.
Note: In the case of particularly aggressive liquids a suitability test should be carried out in advance and the separately available Z27 screw cap should be used for filled transport.

Product description This 1 liter spray bottle / trigger bottle made from HDPE is acid and solvent resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents. The PE is colored white, the liquid is not visible. For particularly aggressive liquids, please carry out a suitable test. The spray head is chemical resistant. The suction hose has a strainer at the bottom to prevent clogging of the pump mechanism and nozzle. The spray head can be infinitely adjusted and also closed completely. The adjustment options range from “single, targeted jet†to “fine spray mistâ€. The sprayer atomizes 1.2 ml ± 0.1 ml per stroke. The spray heads are transport-tight to a limited extent, i.e. in unfavorable transport conditions (upside down, rapid pressure changes), liquid can escape through the spray head. To avoid problems in this area, we can offer you tight-fitting screw caps if required. If you would like to transport or ship the spray bottles filled, we recommend the Z27 screw cap, which can be ordered separately. If you want to regularly atomize and apply larger quantities of liquids, you should take a look at our pressure pump atomizers, which are ideal for this. das Produkt ansich ist gut, wenn auch die Vernebelung besser sein könnte. Das Produkt ist für uns als Händler aber zu teuer, da sonst der Kostenanteil der Flasche 30 % ausmachen würde.

Diese 1 Liter Flasche erfüllt all unsere Anforderungen. Aber irgendwan haben wier an 2 flaschen deveckte sprühpumpen gehabt.(ich vermute ein ferschleis)

Ich bin sehr froh diese Pumpflaschen gefunden zu haben! Ich arbeite mit einem scharfen Reiniger in der Werbetechnik und die Flasche erfüllt 9von10 Punkten, das einzige, was Ihr verbessern könntet, wäre einen halbwegs transparenten vertikalen Streifen einzufügen, um die Füllmenge zu kontrollieren. Aber sonst TOP! Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
