This professional pressure sprayer with a 1.5 liter capacity is among the best in terms of mechanics and materials for commercial use. The device is specifically designed for applying acidic liquids as well as alcohols since the spray head is made of polypropylene and the seals are made of high quality expert-FKM. A maximum pressure of 3 bar is built up in the stable HDPE container by manual pumping while an integrated safety valve reliably protects against overpressure. The ergonomically shaped ErgoGrip handle ensures secure handling even during frequent use while the lockable continuous spray button enables uniform atomization without permanent effort. In the standard version the sprayer is equipped with a 0.8 mm plastic nozzle which provides a fine spray pattern for most applications.
Important notice on resistance: This pressure pump sprayer is resistant to many acidic media such as phosphoric acid (30 percent) and citric acid (10 percent) and nitric acid (10 percent) and sulfuric acid (10 percent). It is also suitable for silicic acid (100 percent) and oxalic acid (100 percent) and alcohols such as isopropanol and ethanol as well as highly diluted solvents and alkaline liquids up to a pH value of 9.5. Please note that the device is explicitly not suitable for nitro thinner. An independent check of material compatibility before use is mandatory. You can find a compatibility chart under "Material Properties" and "Atomizer Compatibility." Claims based on incompatibility will generally be rejected. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance and, ideally, send us a safety data sheet for your liquid so we can determine the appropriate model.
