This professional pressure sprayer with a 1.5 liter capacity represents the highest quality level in terms of mechanics and materials for industrial applications. The device is specifically designed for handling acidic and strongly acidic liquids as the spray head is made of polyamide (PA) and the seals are made of high quality expert-FKM (fluorocarbon rubber). A maximum pressure of 3 bar is built up in the stable HDPE container by manual pumping while a safety valve protects the user from overpressure. The ergonomically shaped handle and the lockable continuous spray button allow for comfortable operation via thumb pressure and uniform atomization even during intensive use. In the standard version a 0.8 mm plastic nozzle ensures a fine spray pattern with normal viscosity substances.
Important notice on resistance: This pressure pump sprayer is resistant to many acidic media and aliphatic hydrocarbons (butane and propane and petroleum) and aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene and toluene and xylene) and pure mineral oils and lubricating oils and turpentine and calcium hydroxide and solvent based acetone mixtures. An independent check of material compatibility before use is mandatory. A resistance table can be found under material properties and atomizer resistance. You can find a compatibility chart under "Material Properties" and "Atomizer Compatibility." Claims based on incompatibility will generally be rejected. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance and, ideally, send us a safety data sheet for your liquid so we can determine the appropriate model.
