Product description

This yellow nozzle nut including a 0.8 mm plastic nozzle made of durable polyamide (PA) is designed as a precise spare part for solvent resistant pressure pump sprayers. The component is excellently suited for the uniform application of solvents as well as for creating a fine spray pattern with minimal effort. Due to the chemical resistance of the polyamide this nozzle is ideal for commercial use in workshops as well as in industrial settings. Installation is carried out by simply screwing it onto the corresponding sprayer head with article number 00431701.

a safety valve prevents overpressure. More than three bars are not necessary for good atomization of substances of normal viscosity. Then all you need to do is press the spray button with your thumb and the liquid will be reliably atomized. The sturdy handle, which is ergonomically shaped, makes it easy to grip the pressure pump atomizer and hold it well even when used frequently. If you have several of these pressure pump atomizers in use, we recommend these color codings, which allow you to easily and robustly distinguish between different liquids. As standard, the sprayer has a plastic nozzle with a diameter of 0.8 mm. This is suitable for the vast majority of applications. For special cases, smaller and larger diameters and also a brass version are available. If necessary, please just contact us.
