This professional pressure sprayer with a 1.5 liter capacity is among the best in terms of mechanics and materials for commercial use. The device is characterized by its rare resistance to acetone as well as nitro thinner (provided it is free of hydrocarbons). This is achieved through the use of polyamide (PA) for the spray head and expert-EPDM (synthetic rubber) for the seals. A maximum pressure of 3 bar is built up in the stable HDPE container by manual pumping while an integrated safety valve reliably protects against overpressure. The ergonomically shaped ErgoGrip handle ensures secure handling even during frequent use while the lockable continuous spray button enables uniform atomization without permanent effort. In the standard version the sprayer is equipped with a 0.8 mm plastic nozzle which provides a fine spray pattern for most applications.
Important notice on resistance: This pressure pump sprayer is specifically suitable for acetone and certain nitro thinners. An independent check of material compatibility before use is mandatory as chemical compositions can vary. You can find a compatibility chart under "Material Properties" and "Atomizer Compatibility." Claims based on incompatibility will generally be rejected. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance and, ideally, send us a safety data sheet for your liquid so we can determine the appropriate model.
