The acquisition covers all existing customer and supplier relationships, meaning the product range remains fully intact. Operational business activities will relocate to Bad Iburg by the end of 2021. Starting in early 2022, all customer service, warehousing, and fulfillment operations will be handled entirely from the headquarters of H. H. Rotert GmbH & Co. KG.
